Working in with our goals of robust construction, longevity and retaining a quality building asset, EJ Constructions carries out long term programmed maintenance for select low rise building owners in Sydney. The arrangement is determined from first principles considering the scope of works, budget and programming with an emphasis on preventative maintenance to value manage the asset.
